Quality is very important to us and we pride ourselves in producing high quality products. We use the finest materials we can find to produce our items so that they can be enjoyed for a long time to come. Every effort has been made to accurately represent the products on our site. If you have any questions or concerns feel free to contact us.

Shop Online
Ordering online is safe using secure credit card processing through the use of Pay Pal encrypted technology. Make your color selections and select Add to Cart when you would like to purchase an item. This will take you to view your shopping cart. You can choose to continue shopping or to proceed to checkout.

Please note that we are required to add the sales tax to all purchases that are shipped to a Colorado address.

Shipping

FREE USPS Priority Mail shipping within the Continental U.S.

Unless otherwise informed, most orders are shipped within 2-3 business days. Upon receipt of your order you will receive an email confirmation as to the estimated ship date. A second email notification with the tracking number will be sent with the date shipment occurs (if a working email address is provided at the time of order). If you don't receive that email, the order was not successful. If this should happen, retry your order or contact us, or call 1-719-339-2696.

Domestic packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail Insured, which usually takes 2-3 days for delivery (non-guaranteed). Please allow approximately 3-4 working days (excluding Sundays and Federal Holidays) from the exact ship date for delivery. High traffic times of the year such as holiday periods may require more than 3-4 days for Priority Mail deliveries. We do not ship on weekends and holidays. If an item is not able to ship, we will contact you.

 

If you are concerned about the delivery time or have a rush order, please contact us to inquire about our ability to accommodate your needs. You may select overnight or 2 day air shipping at an additional charge to expedite the delivery of your order. Please contact us for the additional shipping amount.

Privacy
We value your privacy greatly. Casey’s Creations does not offer or solicit customer e-mail addresses or any other personal information to outside parties. The information given is only used for the purpose of a business transaction between the customer and Casey’s Creations. Your email address is needed to confirm & update you regarding your order.

Customer Guarantee
Casey’s Creations guarantees all of our jewelry to be free from defects in material and/or workmanship. We believe you will be delighted with your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, simply return your jewelry within 14 days of purchase in its original packaging, and we will gladly exchange it. In order to maintain sanitary products, only unworn jewelry may be returned. Broken or damaged merchandise will not be accepted for return. Please note that we do not refund shipping charges.

Any damages that occur during shipping must be reported to us immediately upon receipt of your purchase. If you receive damaged goods, you must return the original contents in its original packaging within 14 days for replacement.
Before returning any product, you must notify us by e-mail before the item can be returned. We will send you a return item number along with the address you need to return the order. The jewelry must be returned in it's original condition and packaging. Jewelry that shows any signs of wear or abuse cannot be returned.
All returns must be accompanied with a copy of your receipt, securely wrapped in a sturdy shipping box. For packing material, use bubble wrap or packing peanuts, not newspaper or tissue paper.
Please include the reason for the return on the receipt. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be postage paid, C.O.D. return shipments are not accepted. You may want to send it with a Delivery Confirmation and insured if sending by U.S. Mail, so there is a tracking number for the package, as we will not be responsible for lost or damaged merchandise.
